Why lease a horse?

Leasing a horse allows you the opportunity to experience the joys and responsibilities of horse ownership without actually having to buy a horse!  Whether you are a new rider trying to determine the costs and upkeep of a having your own hose, or an experienced rider who just doesn't have the time or resources to dedicate to maintaining your own equine friend, Amber Glen has leasing packages to accomodate every rider!


All leases through Amber Glen Equestrian Center are on-site leases only.

Leasing Packages

Fancy Pants

Fancy Pants, affectionately known as "Pants", is a 14-year-old Warmblood, who excels in the show ring.  


Recently qualifying his rider at state level 4H Dressage competition, Pants is competitive in Basic Hunter, English Pleasure, and Dressage.



Scooby

Rescued from abandonment in Southern Florida, Scooby is a 15-year-old Oldenburg.

Ready for the intermediate rider, Scooby consistently places in the show ring, and excels at Hunter, Jumper, Dressage, Western Dressage, and Equitation.  

Mahi

As the newest addition to Amber Glen Equestrian Center, Mahi is the perfect all-around horse.  

She is a 16-year-old Arabian/Quarter Horse.  With her calm and quiet disposition, Mahi is the perfect horse for both beginning and intermediate riders.

Mahi can be ridden English or Western and is currently working as a beginner Hunter/Jumper.

Zeus

Zeus is an 18-year-old Tennessee Walker.  who is well-suited for beginner through advanced riders alike.  

Chili

Chili is a 16-year-old Quarter Horse mare who excels in Hunter, English Pleasure, and Western Dressage.  

Keebler

Keebler is an 8-year-old Gypsy Vanner with amazing potential in both English and Western disciplines.  True to the nature of his breed, Keebler is a quiet and gentle horse who is well-suited for beginner and advanced riders alike.
